CAE BENIR does not accept returns or exchanges. Once a fragrance is shipped to a customer, we can not guarantee that the item hasn't been used or misappropriated. If a fragrance you've purchased is not to your liking, we suggest reselling it on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc where there is a market for such items.

Refunds may be granted on a case by case basis for domestic customers. If a refund is requested BEFORE your items have shipped, we can approve the request to refund you to the same method of payment used for purchasing. If your items arrive nonfunctional, damaged, or are lost, please let us know via email within 24hrs of receiving the items and we will figure out the proper solution within (1) business day.
